Current Projects
The Base Lodge | ASPEN
The Base Lodge Project is a new 38-key luxury hotel in Aspen, Colorado. Wright Goforth Consulting has completed the Business Plan and Economic Analysis and is currently in the process of raising $18.4M for this project.
Amangani | JACKSON HOLE
The Amangani Jackson Hole Project, consists of a major capital improvement plan to refresh the Luxury Brand Amangani Resort. The plan includes suite and public space upgrades, a new hotel bar and spa, infrastructure improvements, soft costs, and job creation. Wright Goforth Consulting has completed the Business Plan and Economic Analysis and is currently in the process of raising $18.4M for this project.
Past Projects
The Wright Goforth team was the lead for production of all EB-5 documents related to the EB-5 raise that led to the construction of the first 5 Star Barriere property in North America.
Wright Goforth was the lead on document production as well as marketing and sales for the $1B development raising $150M of EB-5 capital
Wright Goforth team members created the business plan, economic analysis and capital raise for the icon condominium project on the Mayor’s Park in Manhattan.
Our team created all documentation and completed a capital raise in excess of $40M in EB5 financing for the hotel.
Our team was chosen to market the first Pendry hotel in the United States that successfully raised in excess of $40M of EB-5 funding.
SURFSIDE FOUR SEASONS | MIAMI
Our team was part of the capital raising team that completed the capital raise on the Surf Club Four Seasons in Miami Florida.
Our team created the Regional Center, all project documentation, and capital raise of $14.5M in EB5 capital.
